Oliver makes no secret of the fact that a career in law has always been his only choice, to which he has dedicated his entire professional life. Now, after nearly 10 years in the Slovak and Czech legal profession, his clients can clearly confirm that his choice was right. Oliver started his career in a renowned Prague law firm, with its founder Pavel Strnad becoming Oliver’s mentor. He taught him that no case is lost and a lawyer must be creative.

When the client needs an unconventional and individual approach to resolve a problem, Oliver can think outside the box even in the most complicated projects. He sees the conduct of extreme disputes as a challenge where he can fully utilise his detailed preparations and passion for argumentation.

As an important part of his work, Oliver carefully evaluates all risks and options and presents them to his clients to help them to achieve the best possible solution. Oliver’s professional philosophy is also influenced by the fact that he is an active sportsman. As an archer he always heads directly towards the point, and as a Thai boxing enthusiast he knows that he can use endurance, assiduity and courage not only when practising but also during negotiations and solving his clients’ problems.

Clients who decide to work with Oliver will have a motivated and proficient lawyer on their side, as well as a convincing negotiator, who does not only try to identify problems but in particular seeks solutions to them. Oliver does not accept the possibility of losing his case in advance and always compels both himself and his team to achieve victory with the maximum efforts. When not working, Oliver indulges in surfing in Indonesia or replenishes his energy by thinking about the unimportant matters of everyday life over a cup of good coffee.
